• Act as partner to field sales in crafting solutions.
• Document, plan, coordinate, and execute experiments to validate use cases.
• Communicate test results to customers via email, video, or meetings.
• Qualify new applications through analysis or experimentation.
• Create and document technical content.
• Support sales as product expert.
• Represent Zygo at trade shows and conferences.
• Address technical inquiries promptly.
• Train customers on technology, system design, and product use, on site or remotely.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings.
