Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a results-driven professional to support retail strategy and growth for The Home Depot, our key partner. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement while contributing to TTI’s leadership in power tools and outdoor products.

Responsibilities include driving sell-through, executing promotions, and maintaining brand presence across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Travel to assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and ensure sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
