Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a motivated retail specialist to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. In this role, you will execute merchandising, customer engagement, and promotional activities while using Power BI for decision support.

You will participate in training programs and build relationships with store teams to enhance in-store execution and drive product sell-through. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with travel and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• MS Office proficiency expected; multilingual abilities preferred in certain markets.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required – equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and optimal product placement; leverage data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, and competitive dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work effectively in your assigned market.
