Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI seeks a results-driven retail associate to drive market share growth within The Home Depot. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute merchandising plans to maximize sell-through.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with store teams, and active participation in TTI training. Must be able to travel, lift items, and work evenings or weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Personal vehicle and liability insurance required.
• Travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods.
• MS Office proficiency required; multitasking in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and data-driven decisions using Power BI and merchandising.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to enhance market knowledge.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting; assist with store resets.
