Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot as a key partner. The role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to plan promotional events and store walks, travel as needed, and collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings, events, etc.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics to drive decisions.
