Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive business at The Home Depot across the United States. You will deliver best-in-class in-store experiences, demonstrate product knowledge, and promote TTI brands like Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Rigid.

You will plan events, perform demos, support brand marketing initiatives, and use data to optimize merchandising and sell-through.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Drive brand awareness and product sell-through through merchandising and data-driven decisions with Power BI.
• Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot team for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
