Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales at The Home Depot and related stores. You will conduct product demos, coordinate promotional events, and support marketing initiatives while building strong retailer relationships and using data analytics for better decisions.

Located in the United States with nationwide locations, the role offers a non-exempt salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail market and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot associates to enhance in-store execution.
