You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and plan events to boost sell-through while leveraging data analytics to optimize merchandising and in-store strategies.

You will build strong relationships with Home Depot personnel, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure timely merchandising resets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong merchandising and data-analytic mindset.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to use Power BI for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team for in-store execution.
