Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier product lines at major retailers across the U.S. You will engage customers, deliver demos, and support marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence.

The role requires hands-on field experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to assigned stores, with compensation including hourly pay, vehicle allowance, and benefits; relocation may be required for opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one year and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings or events
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Multilingual abilities preferred in certain markets depending on business needs
• Formal higher education preferred but not required – equivalent experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class field sales and customer service at The Home Depot
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness
• Leverage data analytics and Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members
• Manage inventory and reporting for assigned stores
• Contribute to merchandising resets and in-store merchandising efforts
