Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in O’Fallon, MO to drive growth with The Home Depot. You’ll manage in-store presence, run product demos, and support brand marketing initiatives while leveraging Power BI for data-driven decisions.

The role requires travel, nights/weekends, and the ability to lift heavy tools. A valid US driver’s license, vehicle, and MS Office proficiency are essential. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events. Air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving products as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support innovation and adhere to safety protocols.
