Techtronic Industries NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive consumer engagement and sell-through at Home Depot locations nationwide. You will deliver best-in-class product solutions, run demos, and support brand initiatives with strong product knowledge and data-driven merchandising.

Travel to assigned stores is required, along with the ability to lift items and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid US driver's license for at least one year and access to personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a retail setting.
• Pass drug screening and background checks as required.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets with Home Depot customers through product solutions and service.
• Plan and execute events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotions to boost sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and optimal product placement in-store.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to drive merchandising decisions and outcomes.
• Develop understanding of retail landscape, customer profiles and competition.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff for stronger partnerships.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely reporting of tasks and resets.
