Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) invites applications for a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive Home Depot business, deliver customer service, and showcase Milwaukee, Ryobi, and other brands.

You will plan promotions, demos, and store walks, build retailer partnerships, and use Power BI insights to optimize in-store execution across assigned markets nationwide. This role requires travel and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions.
