Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales and brand presence with The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, conduct product demos, and support promotional activities while leveraging Power BI for decision-making.

The role requires travel, evenings/weekends, and a strong field-facing mindset with the ability to manage store relationships and inventory. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service with The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics (Power BI).
• Develop understanding of the retail market, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product launches and growth.
