Job summary

Sears is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support the Field Marketing Program and ensure short- and long-term goals are met. The role provides assistance to hourly Store & Home Improvement Advisors to optimize performance and revenue in the assigned market.

The position requires coordinating with store management, Event Marketing, and HR, driving lead generation, and developing incentive programs for high performance. Remote-based with travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of related experience in field marketing or similar roles.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• 18 years of age or older and capable of home-based/field work.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales meetings and ensure SHIA attendance.
• Monitor reports to drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Appointment Center Market Coordinator for lead opportunities.
• Maintain weekly communications with FLS and direct manager.
• Collaborate with Event Marketing Team on upcoming events.
• Plan lead generation opportunities (events, kiosks, etc.).
• Build relationships with FLS management and associates.
• Promote SYWR program awareness among advisors.
• Communicate with HR partners as needed.
• Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate teams.
• Identify training needs via monitoring and mystery shopping.
