Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted staffing hours, productivity, net revenue to meet budget.
• Manage, hire and train a team of 5–15 hourly In Store Marketers.
• Monitor weekly reports for performance improvements.
• Communicate weekly with APC Market Coordinator for opportunities.
• Oversee Take-The-Lead Program with store management and staff.
• Coordinate staffing needs with HR reps and explore recruiting sources.
• Use Sears recruiting hotline and other sourcing options.
• Maintain best practices for recruiting and training.
• Utilize interviewing skills and complete appraisals.
• Attend periodic sales meetings with the branch office.
• Mystery shop In Store Marketers for coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
