You will inspire a high-performing culture, set targets, coach the team, and develop strategies that align with company goals. This role requires 5+ years in sales and 2+ years in leadership, with hands-on field experience in B2C/D2D selling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales.

• Experience with B2C/D2D selling.
• Ability to work in our office and out in the field with the team.

Responsibilities

• Split your time between the office and the field.
• Motivate your sales team to do their best and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture.
• Set targets and quotas for the sales team and help them meet their goals by providing quality coaching and mentorship.
• Develop and implement strategies for aligning business development strategies with company goals and driving revenue growth.
• Use various analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports.
• Seek out potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionals.
