Vita Coco, the leading coconut water brand, is seeking a field sales professional for Upper Manhattan/Bronx. You will plan and execute sales objectives, drive in-store execution, and manage distributor relationships to grow our on-shelf presence.

This on-site role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, traveling within the market, and using CRM tools to document progress. Base pay is $50,000–$58,000 with potential bonus and benefits.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in field sales, retail execution, or account management in CPG/beverage/DSD environments.
• Experience working with distributor partners and retail customers.
• Proven ability to drive in-store execution (distribution, displays, shelf sets).

• Develop plans to execute all sales objectives in your territory.
• Lead innovation launches and drive excitement across the network.
• Organize retail programs and prioritize with your distributor.
• Execute market blitzes and provide insights into market conditions.
• Sell displays that draw attention to the brand and optimize sell-through.
• Oversee point-of-sale materials for internal and distributor partners.
• Maintain relationships with District Managers at critical retailers.
