Job summary

Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the HVAC sales team and coach Plumbing and Electrical teams in-field. You will own the location's sales process, drive revenue, and push elite performance across all trades, with hands-on coaching and ride-alongs in the service area.

You will report to the General Manager and manage Comfort Advisors and sales staff, while partnering with HR on talent decisions and succession planning. Local travel required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management experience in home services, with HVAC required.
• Direct people management experience from hiring to termination.
• Ability to manage sales KPIs across a multi-trade team.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or a comparable CRM.
• Strong communication and coaching skills, with accountability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HVAC sales team to meet/exceed goals.
• Coach and manage sales performance across Plumbing and Electrical.
• Own the sales process for the entire location and trades.
• Be in the field with reps, conducting ride-alongs and live coaching.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and coaching sessions.
• Review sales opportunities and improve close rates.
• Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns.
• Drive INFORM adoption and coaching cadence.
