Field Sales Manager - Fluid Conveyance Products

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Travel throughout a designated region to promote and sell conveyance products
  • Plan own itinerary and schedule meetings with key accounts and targets
  • Work with customer service team and engineers to provide a world-class customer experience
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities within the region
  • Attend trade shows as needed
  • Use company software and sales programs (CRM)
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Perform other duties as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Three (3) plus years demonstrated success in a remote sales role, targeting small and medium OEM customers with a history in hydraulic hose and fittings applications is required
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Work well with a team and independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
