Home Genius Exteriors in Richmond, VA is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and develop future leaders.

This full-time, field-based role requires one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling, 3+ years in sales and 1+ year in sales management, plus a valid driver's license. OTE ranges from $250,000 to $400,000+ with commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
• Ride alongs and in-field coaching
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
