Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Hartford, CT. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders in a field-based setting.

The position offers a high earning potential with OTE and weekly pay of commissions and bonuses. You’ll coach, train, and motivate reps to achieve ambitious quotas while shaping a strong team culture aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in Exterior/Interior Remodeling.
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops).
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
• Ride alongs and in-field coaching.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.

• W2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+
• Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)
