Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders in a field-based environment.

We require 3+ years in sales with at least 1 year in management, and a proven ability in leadership, coaching, and communication. A one-call close background in exterior/interior remodeling is preferred. Full-time role with field responsibilities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling.
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops).
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
• Ride alongs and in field coaching.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.
