Grote Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead OEM regional activities for heavy‑duty trailers, trucks and accessories.
You will coordinate with Marketing, Customer Services, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Development Managers, and Engineering to drive service level improvements and innovative product offerings. The OEM Regional Manager manages and supports all activities related to assigned and customers (Heavy Duty trailers and trucks and accessories). This position takes the lead in ensuring continual service level improvements and innovative product offerings to our present and future customers. This position
interfaces with Grote functional departments such as Marketing, Customer Services, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Development Managers, and Engineering.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or related area of focus and a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and support of the OEM heavy duty market preferably on the electrical side is required. The ability to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary. Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to influence others and show initiative is expected.
