Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Field Sales Manager for our Baker City, Oregon team. You will lead 1–2 sales reps, coach them to reach targets, and partner with the branch manager to hit performance standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in sales management, experience in copier/printing industries, and a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic client engagements and consultative solutions.

Qualifications

• A proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota driven role.
• Experience managing an outside sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree; 5–6 years in sales management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 1–2 person sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Drive new business by developing and managing client relationships.
• Coordinate with branch manager to achieve performance standards.

Position

Our fast-paced sales office is seeking a Field Sales Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team.

If you are an experienced sales leader with a background in the copier, printing, or office technology industry, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about developing sales professionals and building a successful team.

Essential Job Duties

• Understanding our products and providing the best solutions to your clients while supporting your clients’ needs.
• Managing a team of 1-2 sales representatives
• Coaching your team and developing them to their fullest potential
• Coordinating with your branch manager to meet performance standards
• Acting as a consultant to your clients by providing solutions and support for their needs all while ensuring that they receive the most utility from our products.

Qualifications

• A proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota driven role
• Experience managing an outside sales team
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-6 years in a professional sales management position.
• Sales experience in the copier and printing industry preferred
