Job summary

Finix in San Francisco seeks a Manager of Outside Sales to build and lead our field sales team from the ground up, owning the in-person sales motion—from events to door-to-door outreach—and driving merchant acquisition. This hands-on leader will navigate the retail and restaurant merchant landscape, building a scalable playbook and leading a zero-to-one build in a fast-growing fintech company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales leader with field sales experience.

• Ability to build and scale a field sales team from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Finix's field/outside sales team in San Francisco.
• Attend events, go to in-person opportunities, and drive merchant acquisition.
• Define strategy, hire the team, and create the playbook for field sales.
