Finix is seeking a hands-on Manager of Outside Sales to build and lead our field sales team from the ground up in the United States. You will own the outside sales motion, attend events, and drive merchant acquisition with autonomy to shape field sales at Finix.

The role requires a data-driven leader with experience in building and running field sales teams, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-growth environment. Location options include San Francisco, CA or Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience with field/outside sales motion.
• 4+ years in a sales leadership role building outside/field teams.
• Proven track record of recruiting, retaining and motivating talent.
• Experience in FinTech/payments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead outside sales team, starting with hiring and developing a team of outside Account Executives.
• Define and execute the outside sales strategy.
• Drive pipeline growth, deal management, and forecasting to create revenue predictability.
• Develop the outside sales playbook, territory strategy, and best practices.
