Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team selling ADT's home security and home automation products. You will interview, hire, train, and motivate reps, assign leads, and monitor performance.

Expect 70% field time and 30% office time with daily office hours and field hours, plus travel within territories. This W-2 role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, paid training, PTO, and comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance and

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to interview, hire, train and motivate the team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Lead and coach team to meet/exceed sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads; track and audit sales.
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching, and team huddles.
• Support the team to minimize attrition and ensure success.
• Daily office hours: 10:00am - 2:00pm.
• Daily field hours: 2:30pm - 8:30pm.
