Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with business clients in Westminster, CO. This in-person role offers uncapped commissions, a base draw, and opportunities to lead and train teammates as you grow with the company.

You will travel as needed, maintain client accounts, and mentor new hires. A state health insurance license is not required to apply, but you must be willing to obtain it with company assistance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.
