Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive field-based growth by generating leads and building relationships with families and local organizations. You will pursue referral sources such as pediatricians and schools, conduct outbound outreach, and manage a Salesforce CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with referral sources (pediatricians, schools, therapists).
• Execute outbound outreach via in-person visits, networking, and field drop-ins.
• Log outreach, visits, referrals in Salesforce daily and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Plan and lead field events and community outreach to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Admissions for aligned messaging and handoffs.
• Provide regular activity reports and territory updates.
