Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, for logging outreach and status.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Execute a weekly prospecting plan to source new opportunities and expand market share.
• Log outreach, visits, referrals in Salesforce daily and track progress.
• Coordinate with Admissions and Sales Ops to resolve barriers to conversion.
• Plan field events and outreach to support lead generation and awareness.
• Attend weekly sales calls and training.
