Coca-Cola Consolidated invites motivated students to join our Field Sales Internship across multiple locations in Virginia. You will support the local sales team, assist with go-to-market activities, and participate in promotions, LOS initiatives, and in-store merchandising to help grow the customer base.

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in Sales Operations within the CPGB industry, with potential for full-time conversion after graduation based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the local sales team and rotate with hands on experience through various roles to gain insight and exposure within the Sales & Service business function.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teammates through job shadowing and ride-alongs.
• Maintain daily communication with your manager, assigned mentors, and Sales Leaders for guidance and feedback.
• Attend Sales Operations team meetings to stay informed and engaged with the team’s activities and annual business objectives.
• Gain cross-functional exposure and business acumen knowledge through facility tours and shadow opportunities with other business function teammates.
