Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated invites students to a part-time Field Sales Internship in LaVergne, TN.

The program provides hands-on experience in Sales Operations within the CPGB sector, with structured onboarding, and opportunities to contribute to promotions, merchandising, and go-to-market activities. You will support the local sales team, help expand the customer base, and gain exposure to the value chain of make, sell, deliver while preparing for potential full-time opportunities

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited college pursuing Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the local sales team and rotate through roles to gain exposure.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teammates via ride-alongs.
• Maintain daily communication with manager and Sales Leaders for guidance.
• Attend Sales Operations meetings to stay informed on objectives.
• Gain cross-functional exposure through facility tours and shadow opportunities.
