Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program offers hands-on experience through impactful projects, professional development, and networking with peers and leaders across the organization.

You’ll gain real-world exposure while contributing to the future of PMI U.S.’s business. The Territory Sales Manager Intern will work in the Commercial organization, focusing on field sales, retail execution, and consumer engagement

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Observe retail execution and customer engagement during ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
