Job summary

Pest USA is seeking a driven Sales Inspector to lead growth in the local market. You will generate and close new business, perform detailed property inspections, and present customized service proposals to homeowners, real estate agents, and builders.

This role requires a proven sales track record, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to perform field tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing new business.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business through self-sourced leads and company opportunities.
• Conduct thorough property inspections for pests and termites.
• Develop and present customized service proposals based on customer needs.
• Complete 3–4 proposals daily and meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Identify additional service opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
• Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to homeowners, real estate agents, and builders.
• Maintain professionalism and high service standards in all interactions.
