Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and sales of packaging materials and manual contract packaging services
• Develop and enhance relationships with existing customers with a service‑first approach
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Create and execute market‑driven sales strategies
• Take ownership of revenue and profit targets
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate closely with the inside sales team and management
• Represent the company at industry trade shows

Qualifications

• A passionate sales professional (m/f/d) with a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Proven experience in field sales with a track record of successful new customer acquisition, preferably in the packaging industry
• Hands‑on approach, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong team player with high self‑motivation and commitment
• Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
• Ability to create customer‑focused solutions
• Proficiency in English
• Strong MS Office skills, with experience in CRM system management
• Valid Class B driving license
