This role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, quarterly commissions, a car allowance, health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales success in ground transportation logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong customer focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset for complex supply chain challenges.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
