Job summary

LGH is seeking an Outside Rental Representative in the Green Bay/Appleton, WI area. You will drive growth by acquiring new customers and servicing existing accounts, while meeting sales targets and leveraging Liftware CRM to stay organized.

The role requires daily field visits to customer sites in the assigned territory and a commitment to professional sales techniques. The position offers base pay plus commission, with standard work hours Monday through Friday, and a full benefits package after

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience required.
• Industrial equipment and/or general rigging knowledge strongly preferred.
• Outside Sales experience in equipment rentals a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products.
• Build and maintain quality relations with existing accounts and increase sales volume.
• Collaborate internally to develop trusted relationships with managers and key personnel.
• Deliver prompt follow up and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Submit sales reports daily on account activity, proposals and outcomes.
