Job summary

LGH in Appleton, WI is seeking an Outside Rental Representative to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service within a defined territory. You will collaborate with internal teams to build relationships with mid- and senior-level managers and to expand our rental equipment footprint.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of B2B sales, and knowledge of industrial equipment or rigging. A valid driver's license is required; base pay plus commission with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in B2B or non-retail sales required.
• Industrial equipment / rigging knowledge preferred.
• Outside sales in equipment rentals a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop maximum sales potential in assigned territory using competitive techniques and knowledge of LGH products and services.
• Build and maintain quality relations with existing accounts and increase base and volume of sales.
• Reevaluate work to increase market share.
• Communicate offerings and market insights to Management to increase market share.
• Develop expertise on local projects and market conditions; communicate product knowledge and new technologies.
• Deliver prompt follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use Liftware CRM to maintain organized activity documentation for territory.
• Complete and submit daily sales reports on activity, proposals, and outcomes.
• Provide information and follow up on customers as requested.
