Job summary

Rewards Network is seeking an outside Account Executive to drive growth in the Dallas, TX territory. This field role requires living locally and building a robust pipeline with high-volume outreach.

You will prospect, conduct in-person meetings, and close deals while collaborating with internal teams. Expect uncapped commissions and a clear path to leadership with ongoing sales training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in outside sales with high-volume experience preferred.
• Prospector mentality with self-motivation in a field sales environment.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, acceptance and financials.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door (25+ daily).
• Develop and grow a pipeline, schedule in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Build relationships, ensure engagement and awareness of new product offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including closing deals.
• Collaborate with account managers and revenue operations to hit goals.
• Maintain sales records and follow-up in Salesforce.
