Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, you will primarily drive profitable sales growth within an established account base of CPA firms. You will report to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales. Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Learn the full line of Tax & Accounting products, including features, benefits, pricing, intended use, value proposition, and competitive position through training and self-study.
  • Implement the sales process for Tax & Accounting products, meet sales quotas, and stay informed of sales strategies.
  • Manage your assigned account list to support a healthy sales pipeline, including researching contacts, organizing prospects, and maintaining CRM data.
  • Promote new account development through prospecting, meetings, industry events, and presentations.
  • Grow existing customer business by understanding their needs and conveying the value of WK solutions.
  • Contribute to product development and issue resolution by identifying gaps and working with Product Managers.
  • Increase TAA market share by identifying opportunities and engaging with management at target accounts.
  • Plan and schedule sales activities efficiently, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
  • Develop an annual business plan, maintain accurate pipeline predictions, and participate in regular reporting and communication.
You Have

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; or 6+ years of software/SaaS sales experience without degree.

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales with SaaS or software products, a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Skills & Certifications: Proficiency in consultative sales, ability to work independently, experience in a matrix organization, sales awards, formal sales training, flexibility, and facilitation skills.

Travel

Up to 30% annually for client visits, events, and trade shows.

Compensation

Target salary range in various states: $95,560 - $133,750.
