Job summary

Elsevier Health seeks a Sales Executive to partner with higher education institutions in the Virginia Territory. You will use a consultative, solution-based approach to drive adoption of Elsevier’s nursing education tools and ebooks, including Hesi and Simulations, across campuses.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, deliver impactful presentations to C-suite and deans, and travel weekly for on-site meetings within the territory, contributing to improved student outcomes and classroom

Qualifications

Experience selling tech, higher education, or healthcare/publishing.
Proven track record of B2B sales success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Track record of successful customer engagement and driving customer adoption.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Live within designated territory.

Responsibilities

Develop sales in assigned territory, including customer service, sales presentations, negotiation and training on both print and digital products.
Drive successful implementation and adoption of the solution portfolio for the customers in your territory.
Act as a trusted advisor to Higher Education and C-suite professionals, providing in-depth product training, support and guidance aligned to the curriculum.
Create and deliver compelling presentations on Elsevier’s suite of products and how they can create a robust classroom experience.
Track sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using Salesforce.com.
