Doodle Labs seeks a Sales Engineer (US) to support customer integrations and adoption of wireless networking products for drones, robots, and unmanned platforms. You will be the technical contact, guiding initial evaluation through field testing and deployment, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

You will work with OEMs, diagnose RF and networking challenges, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to drive successful deployments.

Formación

• 3–7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on RF propagation and antenna systems knowledge.
• Experience integrating radios into UAV/robotics platforms.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and field troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving for customer teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support 10–15 active customer integrations with OEM partners.
• Guide radio integration, configuration, and system-level performance.
• Diagnose RF, antenna, and networking issues in deployment environments.
• Support field deployments across UAV, UGV, and maritime robotics.
• Capture learnings to improve future deployments and processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and engagement records (HubSpot).
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering on evaluations and workshops.
• Build strong customer relationships during field tests and validation programs.
