Gunatit Electro Power is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support operations from order to dispatch. The role involves coordinating with the office and factory teams, interfacing with customers, and driving quotation and bid activities.

You will manage quotes, proforma invoices, and sales orders while ensuring dispatch details reach customers. You will also tailor information to customer requirements and submit quotes or bids on government portals such as GEM and IREPS, contributing to

• Coordination with office team and factory team.
• Coordination with customer.
• Purchase Indiamart lead and call the customer and inform them about your product.
• If the customer needs our product, send him a quotation.
• Send Proforma invoice after order confirmation.
• Create a sales order to process the dispatch.
• Send the dispatch details to the customer.
• Provide information specifically as per the customer's requirement.
• Submit quotation / BID on Government portals. Like GEM portal & IREPS portal.
