Qualifications

• Completion of the SMC sales training program or equivalent sales and industry experience.
• Proficient understanding of pneumatic components and their application.
• CRM proficiency and ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales profitability by proactively managing targeted accounts.
• Meet or exceed annual growth expectations.
• Present and sell core products and new releases to customers.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and drive customer growth.
• Penetrate accounts by selling additional products and expanding within buyers.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
