Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate new and tenured Territory Managers.
• Collaborate with regional managers to onboard and train TM's.
• Conduct in-field visits and follow-up on coaching goals.
• Develop tailored development plans and track progress.
• Deliver training on ZOLL Selling Skills methodology.
