Job summary

Rockpoint Legal Funding is seeking a high-energy Field Sales Director to drive in-person engagement with personal injury law firms across the West Coast. You will own your territory, build relationships, and represent Rockpoint at meetings and events, focusing on growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires a hunter mindset, proactive outreach, and a passion for helping clients succeed. Occasional travel and after-hours networking may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in field sales, business development, and/or legal sales.
• Meticulous updating of CRM/technology systems for all sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and develop new business opportunities outside of the existing portfolio, with strategic targets in key market segments.
• Conduct several weekly meetings with clients to uncover and understand their developing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipeline, including contacts, opportunities, lead lists, activities, and account updates and notes in a proprietary database.
• Collaborate with sales support to maximize the team’s potential and resolve client issues.
• Travel and/or work nights and weekends as required for conferences, dinners, and relationship development.
