Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative in the Rochester area. You will canvas neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and schedule appointments for our sales team to grow our restoration services.

The role is full-time and requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within a 2-hour radius of the branch. You’ll earn a competitive starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission and enjoy a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
• Must pass a background check and drug screening test

• Canvas neighborhoods to build rapport with homeowners and introduce restoration solutions Legacy provides
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives and serve as the first friendly customer touchpoint
