Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in Waite Park, MN. You will canvas neighborhoods, build rapport with homeowners, and introduce them to our restoration solutions while setting the tone of the customer experience.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $46,800 per year plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch are required.

• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for coverage areas

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

THIS Is a Full-time Role With The Following Schedule

• Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
• Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, building genuine rapport with homeowners, and introducing them to the restoration solutions Legacy provides. You'll schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the customer experience.
