Legacy Restoration is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in Waite Park, MN. You will canvas neighborhoods, build rapport with homeowners, and introduce them to our restoration solutions while setting the tone of the customer experience.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $46,800 per year plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Good driving record required
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for coverage areas
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

Responsabilités

• canvass neighborhoods and build genuine rapport with homeowners, introducing them to Legacy Restoration’s solutions
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives, serving as the friendly first impression for customers
