Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth through Home Depot partnerships nationwide. You will execute in-store promotions, product demos, and strategic merchandising while building strong retailer relationships.

You will leverage Power BI insights for merchandising, analytics, and decision making, ensuring product availability and optimal display placements. A strong sales mindset and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and product placement.
• Use Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
